Have a great holidays everyone!
(sorry, they haven't been more posts of late. But I'm digging through all the snowman entries for the next snowman contest and hope to post them between Christmas and New Year's. I still have not returned home from the start of the month due to working on the promotion of The History of the Snowman...Sunday I did a snowman editorial for The New York Post...Today I'm the cover story for Electric City...Christmas, I will be on Good Morning America...Today I did the Op-Ed for The Daily News...Sunday I have a big piece in The New York Times sports section.)

I sure hope the warm weather isn't melting away your holiday spirits, Bob. Over at f/k/a, I linked to your GMA segment (which was nicely done) and to your Daily News op/ed piece. It's great that you're getting so much exposure for the cult and culture of the Snowman.
Thank you very much, David.
I am so excited!!! I was able to get to the library today to ILL your book. Finally!!!!!! Now, we just have to wait til it arrives.
Got your book the 28th and did not get to read it! My almost 15 year old took it and was very interested. He said that writing a book about snowmen is one of the most random things a person could do and it wasn't bad at all!!!! LOLOL. Am looking forward to getting my hands on the work.
Here in Hillsborough, NC the snow came down all Sunday night. In the morning we had 5 inches of lovely powder. The snowday assured me some time and I was finally able to sit still long enough to finish The History of the Snowman surrounded by the blinding beautiful light of snow coming in my windows! Thank you Bob! What a wonderful book. This morning while checking the local news, I found that over 500 people had posted their snow photos -- you will not be surprised that the majority of those photos were of snowmen, snowdogs, snowgirls and snow on! My favorite can be seen here:
