Frosty Arrested at Xmas Parade?!"

"Frosty" arrested for Assault and Disorderly Conduct during Chestertown holiday parade.

Kevin Walsh, a 52-year-old Maryland man dressed as Frosty the Snowman was busted Saturday after he made a "kicking motion” at a police K-9 dog during a Christmas parade in Chestertown, MD, according to cops.

Kevin Walsh still dressed as Frosty for his mug shot but was later realeased on his
own recognizance.

The police said that Walsh struck a police officer in the face while he was removing his Frosty costume head while simultaneously cursing at the police officer "You can't !$?%&! tell me what to do ...this is !$?%&! harassment."

Following this outburst, Walsh was taken to the ground and handcuffed.

Walsh seems to have a history of run-ins with the law including previous charges for assault and disorderly conduct. He currently is banned from the Chestertown Town Hall.

As a 10 year "Frosty the Snowman" veteran of the Chestertown Christmas Parade, Walsh's comment to his arrest was "Snowmen are good; they should not be arrested..."

In the generous spirit of the holiday season it seems that the town agreed with Walsh's statement, as they was invited back to next years Christmas parade, hopefully with better behavior.
